Help Choosing GPU

Hello there, so my dad wants to sorta upgrade his old PC. He wants a new GPU for 1080p youtube, non 60fps and all that good stuff. Any good cards that can support his ancient Dell PC?

Intel Pentium D 930, A dual core at 3ghz

His GPU is an ATI X600 with 128mb of memory.

3gb of DDR2

his motherboard is a dell dell-ohh807

SO I seek help in finding a compatible card that doesn't bottleneck. To at least have 1gb of VRam and under 50$ please and lastly, low profile and no power connectors required
