Title says most, but I also want to do slight editing for small You Tube's of mine and other small things. I cannot go anything over my $2500 price range and really don't necessarily want to spend $2500 but if I have to I will do so. With this PC I want to get 60-200 FPS in every game at 1440p and with the settings up to high/ultra. I love the sleek look of the Enthoo Pro by Phanteks, so if you could include that in helping me in my build then I would certainly appreciate it..

P.S. Needs to include peripherals as well.

Specs - I7 4790K and two GTX 770s. Soon to be upgrading!

Didn't include peripherals, but there's room for them.

A single 980Ti would do well though, just not about 120FPS all the time, if you're using a high refresh rate monitor.

Zotac AMP! Extreme gives the highest factory OC of any 980 ti, and has very good cooling.  All brands are good though, just avoid reference cards (too noisy).

Acer XB270HU is THE monitor to get for 1440p gaming.

i7 4790k is the way to go for CPU.  4690k is good too, but lower clock speed and no hyper threading which is good in some cases.

No need for aftermarket CPU cooler unless you want something quiet, or want the option to OC.  Can always get a better cooler later if you do decide to OC.  The stock cooler is fine otherwise.

Keyboard and mouse is personal preference.  Mechanical keyboard is the way to go, but you'll want to check them out at the store to be sure you are happy with switch type.  Same for mouse, it needs to feel good in your hand.

i chose an rog swift monitor at 1440p with 144 hertz, 1ms, gsync because you want to be able to enjoy your gaming experience with all that hardware. no sense in using a 60 hertz panel here. this one is a must.

Get the one with dual 980tis then, but if you have a 1080p monitor better invest on a 1440p one because components in this price point are overkill for 1080p.

That is a 1080p 144Hz Monitor not 1440p  :) A 980 ti will give you very high framerates. You might get the odd game that is poorly optimized such as AC Unity which will kill your framerates.

The link below gives you a few different game benchmarks with a 980 ti @ 1080p and other resolutions.

Thanks for those tips! Also, what about an X99 CPU, will it help me in game and in rendering vids?

An X99 system will drive the price way up.  Motherboard, CPU and RAM are all more expensive on X99.  There is potential for more performance in rendering, yes, but for gaming no.  If anything the 4790k will be better for gaming because of the higher clock speed.

Unless you are using it for some pretty heavy rendering workoads, X99 is not recommended.

Also, without a monitor taking a chunk out of the budget, I would suggest putting a little extra thought into cooling.  It may be worthwhile to add some quality case fans (I like Noctur NF-A14 PWM fans for case ventilation) and a good quality CPU cooler.  For liquid AIO coolers, NZXT Kraken X61 is best overall for cooling/silence.  For air cooling, Noctua NH-D15 is amazing.

personally, I prefer air cooling as there is no chance of liquid leakage.  Also, Noctua products last FOREVER!  My Noctua cpu cooler is 7 years old, has cooled 3 different systems, and still running strong.  When I upgraded to Z97 platform, Noctua sent me a new mounting bracket for FREE.
