Geforce Experience won't open?

Okay so I needed disk space, it got desperate and I deleted files I shouldn't have and some programs are glitchy.

 

Can anyone tell me what redists Geforce experience uses or give me a list of general fixes for this problem, thnx <3

If your on windows 10 you need to restart this service and nvsvc

geforce experience is just a buggy program for everyone. just download drivers off the nvidia website and you wont need geforce experience 

I want to use it

re-install.. should install everything you need or give you an error saying what is missing.

Tried 3 times.

 

I have already tried nearly all of the general fixes so I know it's the files I deleted that fucked it up.

 

Don't suppose you know what redists Geforce Experience uses?

See, someone is mentioning .NET Framework which I can't find to uninstall but when I try to install it, it says it is already installed.

For me it opens, but when i close, it closes, its not showing the icon in desktop notification bar , can anyone help ?

.net framework is under windows features, I think.

I tried turning it off and on again through features and it didn't work :'(
