i think this build is better than the ones i suggested because i included an i5-4460. it has 4 cores. switched the gpu to a r9 380.

Out of all of these, what has the highest upgradeablitiy?

everything is upgradeable. the build i suggested with the i5-4460 is good because you can use the cpu with a higher end gpu if you decide to upgrade the gpu first. sometimes, if you upgrade to a higher gpu when you have a core i3, you end up bottlenecking performance. with an i5, it shouldn't happen as bad or at all.
