Quiet PC case fans?

Hello,

 

I am looking for quiet pc case fans.

What fans could you recommend me?

silverstone air penetrators (For front and side intakes mostly tho) particularly the AP123, Silent wing 2, PH-F120SP and PH-F120MP and their 140mm variants from phanteks, Noctuas NF-F12s and NF-A14 if you can get them at a reasonable price, Cougar vortex, and FN V2 from NZXT (For low pressure settings tho)
