i have 200mb free on my samsung 120gb ssd and noticed after unhiding the folder--- the app data is using way too much space. can i just delete all off it or should I only delete certain folders--- also it requires administrator access which I have on this account but It still won't let me delete other folders that are useless now (like deleted games) ty in advance

the way i get some space back is making the folder Visible since its hidden and going trough every folder name that i know should not be in there anymore like fishy names and already uninstalled programs and/or deleting the Temp files but leaving the Temp folder there

WinDirStat is another great tool, but it won't pick up your System Restore folder in the results it displays (if you have that enabled).

Speaking of which, you may want to check your settings for System Restore and lower the amount of space it uses. Used to have issues with my SSD running out of space until I discovered that.
