New PC - Need help with drivers

I just brought a new PC and have assembled it all and I now need to install all my drivers. What do I need to install drivers for, and how do I do it?

These are the PC Specs

 

Case: Zalman Z3+

Motherboard: Asrock r2.0 am3+

CPU: AMD FX-8320

Cooler: Stock AMD cooler

Power Supply: Antec 700w silver

Case Fans: 3x Zalman stock fans 1x Zalman LED Fan 1x NZXT Fan (all 120mm)

OS: Windows 8.1

RAM: Kingston HyperX Beast 8gb ddr3

HDD: Seagate barracuda 1tb

SSD: Kingston SSDNow300 120gb

Go to Asrocks website and download the drivers for your specific motherboard and then download drivers for your GPU if you have one.

Is that all I need?

Pretty much windows already comes with everything else you need

New Zealand price are insane for PC Parts, and shipping costs too much.

Go to this website http://www.1stwave.co.nz/catalog/ and show me what you can make with a monitor + windows without a GFX card for $1300

You forgot to include Monitor and OS, so thats more of a 1900-2000 dollar build

you didn't say monitor to...needs adjustment then
