Is this a good cooler?

Hello, I going to be building a white themed build soon and I wanted to get a white cpu cooler, I was thinking of this one; http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=207_23&products_id=25608 , does it cool well? Is it quiet?

good for the price yes, if you want a white cooler, in terms of quiet , all depends if you want to use the stock fans or other fans.

Its a Championship not a Belt!

My brother has the blue version. WHISPER QUIET. Very competitive with the Noctua coolers!

I would be using the stock fans most likely.
