1500$ CAD Build help

So i would like to build a gaming and 3d modelling pc for around 1500$ to 2000$ Canadian

 

The pc will be used for mostly gaming with the small amount of solidworks and catia as i already have a workstation laptop for that.

 

The games I would be playing and already am playing are GTA, Assetto corsa, projectcars, battlefield, ark survival and lots of other f2p games

 

Some things i do require though is i need to have a I7 CPU and would like something in the lines of gtx 970-980

 

Also i would like if possible to add in a monitor i already have the other peripherals

Ok, 1, those games arent f2p, 2, you dont need an i7 for gaming

Much ram, much cpu, and some graphics. I do autodesk inventor work on my PC and it works great. 16GB RAM, slightly outdated i5 2500, and an r9 390x.

No, those games plus f2p games. also for solidworks and catia you kind of need a I7

GTA isnt f2p, neither is ARK survival evolved, or battlefield
