What am I doing wrong?

 

On the face of it, that looks right. Had any luck since you posted that? Try updating the library again, make sure your files are accessible on the NAS, uhm not sure what else to say, it's pretty straightforward. Does it scan for content after you hit OK on that screen? you should see a notification of it scanning content. Also, make sure you haven't accidentally just selected the "Supernatural" folder as the source.
