2 Monitors?

Trying to connect a second monitor to my setup via HDMI to the onboard graphics of my AMD 5350. im using my main monitor on my graphics card (ASUS GTX 650 TI OC). is it possible? any help is appreciated.

8GB of Ram

these are really cheap, and work as expected.

Get an adapter to adapt one of the other ports on your GPU to HDMI. DP and DVI can be cheaply/easily adapted to HDMI.
