Lag on LoL O.o

Go to solution Solved by Thx And Bye,

Start a custom game (alone) and go into the nvidia control panel.

Go to the program specific 3D-settings and click on add program.

Select League of Legends and confirm.

Now in the list go to the energy mode and set it to prefer maximum performance.

So i have a i7-4790K and a gtx 970 strix and yeah... i have PC lag on LoL.

Its no temps (50 on both) but idk if my GPU is working ok, the clock and memory speeds while playing lol are soooo low, and when the lag atacks the speeds go up and then down again.

Any ideas?
