 I see GTX 480 bids end for less than $60 all the time on eBay. Maybe look out for those if your PSU can handle it.

Unless you are in a situation where your GPU crashed and burned and you need a quick, cheap replacement, I suggest you save your pennies up another 50$ish and grab yourself a GTX 750.
