Alright so my AMD Phenom II X4 B55 unlocked CPU is overheating. I want to get a new cooler for it and I'm looking at something cheap like the Arctic Alpine 64 Plus:

This thing is pretty cheap, hax MX-4 paste pre-applied but I'm just not sure it will do its job, how much better can this be than my stock cooler?

For just a bit more money I could probably get this Reeven Vanxie:

Frankly I never heard of them but uh..This is a low profile CPU cooler, 2 heatpipes and a 4 pin fan when other heatpipe fans in its price range only have a 3 pin fan. What I can't understand, how do you put this thing in its place? As you can see the Arctic Alpine 64 Plus has that little metal clip thing I even highlighted with a red arrow.

These are my CPU temps.

I've tried many other software for temperature detection, but due to me unlocking the CPU somehow made core temperature detection and others impossible for these programs.

The software issue isn't your fault. Its AMDs for having bad temp sensors. HWmonitor is one software known to work with those CPUs. For the coolers, is there reason to go for those cheap, low profile ones? I mean you can get 212 or TX3 pretty cheap. And as for their installation, every cooler comes with manual.
