an i5 and a r9 270x would be enough to 1080p gaming? , that my main goal

yes, but R9 280 would be MUCH better...but yes, medium settings around 60FPS 1080p in most games with a 270X

You could also just upgrade your existing PC. Buy an SSD and more RAM now then buy other stuff later. Ther is not really any point in not reusing your RAM when you are going to buy the same stuff anyway

that was my initial plan , but now is hard to find some lga1155 i5 where i live, and the only one that i found was used  and i dont like  used pc components

well then upgrade your mobo and CPU for now and keep the rest. You have decent parts that can be reused so you might as well save a few bucks for later.

Go with the Haswell i3-4130 and R7 260X/R7 370 so that you get great benefit's when DirectX 12 games hit the market. Also, keep in mind that the GTX 950 will be hitting the market soon at around $150 so you might want to wait considering its going draw less power and render better results than any of AMDs $150 GPUs (Unless AMD lowers the price). If you cant wait then I would go with the 260X/R7 360 because they will get great boost with DirectX 12.

Current: CPU: Intel i3-4130   GPU: XFX R7 260X  2GB   RAM: 8GB   Future: CPU: Intel i5-4430   GPU: GTX 960
