GTA 5 low fps with an MSI GTX 970 4G

Then there's the problem. Are you using the stock cooler? Though, in any case, the stock cooler should be enough at stock speeds...

 

yes I am, I tested GTA 5 and its running at 60~65c temps

 

I tested Prime95 Blend test and it went upto 88c after I cleaned and re-applied thermal paste, should I get a new cooler you say? new thermal paste?

I ram Prime95 and it got upto 93c is there a problem?
