Hi Guys im trying to make a new pc how ever i dont really know what to put in it i have 1500$ to spent and i want to have

  FX 8350 With Crosshair V Fomula-Z on it but i don't have any idea what GPU to use post your combination featuring the

    FX 8350 With Crosshair V Fomula-Z on it im trying to make a pc that are good for FPS gaming and high texture grahics

                              ASUS Crosshair V Fomula-Z

                              AMD FX - 8350

                              Corsair Hydro H100i

                              ASUS GeForce GTX 660 Ti

                              Corsair Dominator 16 GB

                              Corsair AX760 - 760 PSU

                              Corsair Nova 2 SSD -30 GB [Just For Windows 8]

It will work but your PSU is overkill, also you only need 8GB of ram, not dominators, they are too expencive, you should buy some cheap 2x4GB 1600Mhz kit.

what was the total on all of the items above? if you have money to spare go 760 or 770 depending on how much money you have. If you don't have money that build is just fine and will handle everything you want it to do.

I'd recommend at least a 60GB SSD for your boot drive. It'll allow you to put most of your programs on to it as well, 30GB would be getting close to full.

 

I take it you've picked the other parts for their look, so the only other recommendation is 8GB of RAM, it's plenty.

What do you wanna do with this pc?

Also, dont get a 30gb ssd unless you do SRT. Everything under 60gb is crap, even for OS only.
