I plan to buy the R9 390 and pair it with an I5 4460 , and I wonder if this PSU will be enough to handle as I plan to OC it as well :  Sirtec EP-700 BR-II, 700 W, 4x PCI-E 6+2, 6x SATA, 3x Molex, [80 Plus Bronze]

And the 2nd question , is this case reliable ? DeepCool TESSERACT BF as it's pretty cheap in my country.

PSU should be enough, if not a bit of an overkill, but I think Sirtec is kind of a shady brand. Would go for something from a better established brand, tbh (I got a Segotep PSU which I intend to change in about a year or so, since I don't trust it all that much)

Case is decent for the money

Any other brands , because EVGA ones are pretty expensive here , and I need a 600+ W PSU to be able to handle that card . What about this one : Corsair NEW VS Series VS650, 650W, 2x PCI-E 6+2 pin, 4x SATA, 4x Molex ?

how do you rank the reliability of a case? there are some really cheap evga psus that are more trustworthy than that psu

Well I want the case to be resistant , have good airflow , and last me a while , I don't rly care about design as long as it's a good case , and  I don't want to spend a lot of money on it , as I am on a tight budget  , I care more about parts than cases .
