I'm looking for a good membrane gaming keyboard for around 75$.

you could get a mechanical one for $75

 

Just dont get blue caps switches for gaming...

I'm looking for a good rubber dome, membrane gaming keyboard for around 75$.

Micro center sometimes has G510's and G510s's refurbed for sale for around $60. That's how I got mine and it's great.

Nope, just green. If you want multi-colored, Rosewill has a few as well as Ducky if you wanna get really spendy.

I don't believe so. You can turn backlighting on/off on a lot of them but not color changing or that sort of thing.
