Help with NZXT Sentury 3

Hello, I just picked up my new sentry 3 fan controller and some corsair sp120 and af120 fans.
But I don't get them to work properly togheter, i only get arround 750-800 rpm at 100% on the sentry, and the fans should be on arround 2 000 rpm..
Is there anyone who has had the same problem, or know how to fix it ?

I'll try and help. Maybe those arrows on the left side of the screen will bump up the rpm?

I have tried that.. but the nothing seem to react.. and the screen is very hard to see.. i barely see what numbers whom are showing

There is a link button maybe u have that set on and it will like all channels together
