Can i trust Directron?

so im buying the cooler master silent 140mm fans and directron has them listed for only 7 dollars but their website looks a little sketchy http://www.directron.com i want to know if its a great deal or a scam,

 

If directron isnt trustworthy http://www.outletpc.com has them listed for 10 dollars please analyze their trustworthyness as well
