"Software download Complete." Message

So, threre is a message that keeps popping up at the bottom right of my screen,  but I havn't downloaded everything.  How can I check out what it is without installing it?

I have ran Microsoft Security Essentials and malwarebytes and they both came up with nothing.

Yes!  It just started to pop up when I had to install Samsung Kies or whatever to do an update manually.
