with arctic mx4 or any dedicated tim you can get up to 5 °C lowr temps

It will be a few degrees. I would just use what comes with the H100i

No you wont. Going from the worst to best TIM if properly applied there is only a 3c difference. The H100i's TIM is very well applied and is high end stuff. only about a 1-2c increase MAX.

just telling my experience, dude. and if I say I got a 5°C difference with an 4.6GHz (1.3V) 3770k, thats it

I have no complaints about the stock compound its generously preapplied and performs within a few degrees of leading compounds or paste.
