 I need a laptop that has 6-8 gb of ram, preferably 1 tb of storage, 14-15' size. a decent cpu, also i would like it to be able to play light games, no bf4. im looking for the best bang for buck. thank you very much. :)

Lenovo Y40.  Will play any light games maxed out.  Plus, it's my laptop, so you know it's good.

nice find, so far i really like this laptop, the only real downsides i have noticed so far is that the monitor isnt 1080p, also there are sparse reviews of it. do you think the screen resolution would be a problem?

not really, its mine and the resolution isnt the problem

this is a very good deal, but im not sure if i can get past how stupid it looks in my opinion, is there anything out there that is similar to this? but looks like a normal laptop

-Core i7 4700HQ up to 3.4Ghz 4C/8T Haswell

-Nvidia GeForce GTX 860M Maxwell

-1920x1080 Touch screen

-Wireless AC

-Weighs 4.9 lbs. and measures just 0.9" thin

 

downside

-screen is not IPS (you can DiY replace it with 1080p IPS or even 4k).

-included storage is only Hybrid SSHD (no real ssd)

for battery life, depends on what you do. If just web browsing, typing, chat it should last 4hrs.
