Audio Driver Accidentally Deleted Help please!

Hi guys, it's my first time here and I was not sure where to ask this but I need help, ASAP. I was trying to set up my pc so that skype calls are audible from my sound system (trough HDMI). However, I accidentally deleted my realtek audio driver and now, my notebook speakers/headphones won't work, as well as many audio software I own. My Notebook is an Asus Vivobook S551L running on the latest version of windows 8.1 . Can someone tell me where and how I can reinstal my realtek audio driver, please? I'm a music producer, video editor and gamer and I can only have sound when my notebook is pluged on my tv, in the living room, not really practical... thanks!

the audio drivers should be on the manufacturer website page for your laptop

look for a "support" or "downloads" tab

are you missing a letter on the end of the L for the model number i can only see these - https://www.asus.com/au/Search/?SearchKey=Asus%20Vivobook%20S551L

 

if so; go into one of those products and click the drivers button then find your audio driver and install, then reboot and you should be good to go
