mid 2010 macbook crashes

i have a mid 2010 macbook pro it has a gt320m and whn in game (resident evil 4) it will play and then freezes and gets black screened im guessing its the drivers but how do you update them on a mac ( i know its old and a apple product but no hate please)

any suggestions

no its temps are fine well for a laptop anyway 10.7.5 lion -4gb ram 2.4ghz dual

Try this: http://www.nvidia.com/object/macosx-cuda-5.0.45-driver.html This is the Cuda drive. Atleast it's a place to start.

Drivers in OS X are updated via the integrated software update.

OS X 10.8 just got new NVIDIA drivers. I don't know if they also released them for 10.7.

Anyway, whats keeping you from upgrading to Mountain Lion?

probally overheating try getting a app like smc fan control and pin the fans to 100 and see if it stil happens
