silent 98mm

I have a cooler master tx3 evo or something, it has a 98mm fan I believe but the stock fan, it will blow out your eardrums in terms of fan noise, can you recommend a silent fan for it? Keep it under like 20 Euro's or something like yhat thanks.

Look at Noctua for best performance, look at Be Quiet! for not-s***-looks.

Basic guide to CPU's!

If I said I were 14, you would call me a kid. If I say 70, you’ll entitle me too old. If I say 20 you say I’m inexperienced and if I say 40 than I'm too boring.

The TX3 fan is already a very decent fan, so I doubt that with your setup you will find something significantly better (silent & good cooling). Your best bet would be probably a Noctua NF-B9.

If I were in your shoes I would go with a CM 212 Evo instead, it isn't that much more money but it will give you better results.
