Hi all,

I have recently bought a 144Hz monitor (G2460PQU) and I originally wanted to connect with DisplayPort but when I try to boot up with it I get the "No signal" message and the monitor goes into power saving. I have 2 Gigabyte Windforce GTX 970's and in total have 6 Displayports available and not one of them works. DVI works fine and so does HDMI it's just DisplayPort. I've tried some solutions and none of them worked and Nvidia control panel does not recognise that a Displayport is occupied. Any help will be appreciated.

We can't Benchmark like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to shove more GPUs in your computer. Like the time I needed to NV-Link, because I needed a higher HeavenBench score, so I did an SLI, which is what they called NV-Link back in the day. So, I decided to put two GPUs in my computer, which was the style at the time. Now, to add another GPU to your computer, costs a new PSU. Now in those days PSUs said OCZ on them, "Gimme 750W OCZs for an SLI" you'd say. Now where were we? Oh yeah, the important thing was that I had two GPUs in my rig, which was the style at the time! They didn't have RGB PSUs at the time, because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big green ones.

It's been a while I totally forgot about following topics  :D. And I seem to have just fixed it by literally just unplugging it from both sources and reconnect them. Then Nvidia control panel thought I had 2 displays, disabled the DVI connection and boom profit. A lot of hassle for a cable though.
