Does this Cooler interfere with my ram or case?

Hyper 212 and S340 = Perfect. Your good! Oh wait RAM... Lemme check. RAM sticks are tall. you might be cutting it close.

You can adjust the setting of the fan to lift up higher off the ram slots. It is what I did with their high profile ram, and it works great (case is large enough too). :)

It comes with an extra bracket but the default fan has one too. You just take the entire fan off and readjust it higher on the little dips in the fins. :)
