Vertical Green Lines on Screen

Hello. So... I was playing Skyrim with mods, after like 30 min in game everything stopped and some green vertical lines appeared (as in attachment) on the whole screen. I couldn't do anything, not even ctrl-alt-del , so i restarted my pc from the button. What do you think it is? I think this is my graphics card , but i don't know. (If this is not the right thread for asking this, I beg your pardon)
