will 1tb hard drive and 120gb ssd be enough for games like dayz, reign of kings, ark, and stuff like that???

For the system OS and stuff on the 120GB drive yes but for games you would need to run them off the hard drive since you'd be pretty limited with the amount of space left at 120GB.

ik but is a 1tb enough or do I need another?

Depends on the games and number of them you have but it should be enough, if you haven't bought the drive yet usually the 2-3 TB range offers some better value per GB without being too expensive overall.

Well you should install your OS in the SSD, then put your games in the HDD.

So your SSD won't be filled too fast.
