Hey,

So I've only really heard about Windows 10 recently so i'm sorry if i sound stupid asking this.

I use a PC and have been doing for awhile, I currently found my Old Laptop that has a Genuine Windows 7 Licence Key although I don't see a "Get Windows 10" option on my Taskbar like i did on my PC, does this mean i'm not eligible for the Upgrade?

If so would that mean i would get Windows 10 on my Laptop and only my Laptop, it wouldn't be possible to put it on another PC?

My thoughts would be that it would only go on the Old Laptop but i wanted to 100% know from you guys as you know a lot more than me ^_^

Thanks for the responses!

You should be eligible. As long as you are up to date and have an authentic copy.

See this link for some information.

 Hope this helps.

There is a way to manually have that app show up, you just have to go to the Microsoft site and they have instructions on how to manually add it to your computer.
