GPU stuck at 540MHz

My GPU will not boost at all it is always stuck at this even when at 100% load, restarting seems to sometimes fix it and other times it will be lower than this at 450MHz, or in rare cases it will sit at 1100ihs MHz at idle. Any idea how to fix this?

Yea... My 760 does this too, annoying as heck. I found that rolling back drivers and never updating drivers helps.

I might end up doing that, these most recent Nvidia drivers seem to be crashing left and right for me.

My GPU does that sometimes when the driver crashes. Restart usually fixes this.

could also bios flash and disable the low power state

Remove your overclock, you drivers might be crashing and goes into safe mode (not an official term).

Had this with my 580 and 760; Restarting helped, i had to restart my pc like 5 times and after that it went away until it died . Reinstall Drivers etc. ofc.

GTX 480 did this when Kepler arrived... drivers bugged it all up.
