I am getting a new computer and I do not know what to choose, I cannot find the H220 anywhere in Canada. if you have any other suggestions I would preffer it to come with black housing white blade for fans.

Yes it only affects the US as far as I know. It is available in Canada but it is currently out of stock at Newegg.

What is the patent? They validated the 362, 784 patent but I don't know what exactly did they copy? or use without license.
