Gaming Monitor for Under $150?

I'll be getting my money deposited tomorrow and I plan on finally upgrading my monitor. I'm looking for a decent monitor for gaming (1-2ms, 1080p) I'm aware of the BenQ Gaming Monitor as newegg's shell-shocker deal (I hope it's still there in the morning, because then I will grab that one (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824014377) ). If anyone can leave some suggestions and links below I'd appreciate it.

 

*Edit* would like to keep the overall length below 23inches as that's the range that my monitor can fit.

I'd like to but I'm sure if it'll still be on the shell shocker deal in the morning ;/.
