Switching cases

Go to solution Solved by incarnate,

it will fit, the i/o shield is a standardized size. all cases have the same sized cut out for it.

i want to switch cases from http://www.thermaltake.com.au/Chassis/Mid_Tower_With_Power_/Versa/C_00002328/Versa_H23_with_500W_Power_Supply/design.htm to http://www.thermaltake.com.au/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001961 but im not sure if my motherboard will work with it as the I/O shield is a different size

As long as mobo form factor fits, you are fine. From pics I/O shield may look different size because the way rear fan is located. But as said, its all same size on ATX, mATX and ITX.
