Is my build's cable management ok? if not, what would you have done to make it more neat build?

Pretty good, if you want to be super neat about the cable pattern you can get cable combs to properly orient them. Overall nothing wrong with what it is now.

All GPU power connectors wires can be pulled back and taped to the cable management tray behind the MOBO.

Looks good, better than what i can usually manage... If you want it as best as you can get it, personally i wouldn't have cables crossing over each other (https://youtu.be/ecjVxAn3hkM?t=20)

It was tough, it took me hours to get where it now but I feel more can be done but I am all out of idea.

Its gonna be tough because my gpu cable stretching as it is.

How is it stretching? It looks like you have it zip-tied together near the actual connectors. Though, that could just be the lighting tricking my eyes???

I think I misunderstood you I gave that try.
