New small cheap pc

Go to solution Solved by minibois,

Gaming, motherboard i'd go to 150 and cpu maybe 200, just generally the best price to performance.

I would say that would fit an i5 4460 and a decent motherboard (stock cooling)

You can also look at the i5 4440 and i3 4160

AMD equivalent* would be AMD Athlon X4 860K

* it's not equal to the i5's and not even the i3. But it's the most expensive AMD I would go

What is your budget doe???

Okay, I'm building a mATX build, and i need some suggestions. I kinda want to get something Intel, but it may be expensive. So whats the best Intel cpu and motherboard price wise and what is an AMD equivalent? Thanks in advance!

Waaaaay too general. Gaming, or not..? Generaly budget you're looking for?
