My CPU randomly spikes to around 90 to 100%. It will happen at random times and rather frequently. Its also rather slow but im assuming thats because of high cpu usage. I will using word or just browsing and my laptop will freeze up and not work for 10 seconds or so because the cpu is maxed out. I've disabled programs from launching on startup to try to make it faster, I've cleaned the registry with CCleaner, ran malewarebytes and 41 bad items, installed CCleaner and ran an entire system scan with no bad items found and its still spiking. I don't want to do a complete factory reset because I have alot on here and idk what I may need so I just want to keep it all. Any sudjestions on what would stop the spikes?
