internet slows own?

hello in past few weeks i noticed that my internet for some reason slows down even dough it was perfect in morning can someone help me?

 

Smaller ISPs tend to have limited overall service. It slows down in the afternoon because more people are using it. Source: I have to deal with Windstream.
