What do you want from your PC?

If it's gaming, I'd say upgrade to an Intel. That GPU is pretty solid and should last 1-2 years at 1080p. However, the FX-6300 is a really unremarkable chip that caused stuttering when I used to run a GTX 960.

How much do you have to spend? If you have enough, I'd say go for i5-4690K with a Z97 motherboard. That should do well for 3+ years in video games, given that you're willing to overclock. If not, a cheap H/B series board with an i5-4460 would be a good shout and then just upgrade sooner, something like Skylake (or whatever comes after that).
