GTX 980 Ti in a Shoebox

So I came up with this build. Any suggestions? Oh and the 980 Ti is 1mm longer than the maximum of the case (266mm), so would this be a problem?

You can probably make it fit.

Looks good to me, although I'd recommend checking on the Maximus 7 impact, it's a better board and only a bit more expensive.  (Although if it's not in the budget then go for the one you already were looking at)

Check out the GS series power supplies from EVGA instead IMO, they have a good deal on their GS550 I believe.

It'll be fine. Just jam the front panel shut and she'll be right.

Yeah 1mm shouldn't matter too much.

Cooler for that 4790k?

The only thing with the custom cooled cards is that you need some airflow to get the heat out of the case.. The reference design is louder BUT it also dumps all the hot air outside the case.

I don'T PreSS caPs.. I juST Hit THe keYboARd so HarD iT CriTs :P

buys 1tb ssd but doesnt buy cooler for cpu, nice.

i suggest you get a 500gb ssd and a 1tb hdd and get a good cheap cooler for your cpu like the cooler master hyper 212 evo.

if there is a micro center near you, you can get that i7 4790k for 280 bucks.

If you saw Linus' video, he did have some trouble fitting that in. So I wasn't too sure.
