Looking to buy a 980Ti and slap a HG10 on it. Just wondering if I can grab something cheaper for the aio like an H55 rather than a more expensive H90. What's the performance difference gonna be? I can't really look at CPU charts because of how differently they react compared to GPU chips.

Thanks!

H55 should be completely fine, if its good enough for a 290X its pretty much good enough for any gpu.

any AIO cooler is probably overkill for any gpu. you're fine with H55

H55 will be plenty.  It is the most recommended AIO to use with GPU brackets because you start hitting diminishing returns past 120mm hard and fast.

Lol the h55 is fine also. you wont see much of a difference between the 55 and 60.

yeah thought so. just wanna try and keep this buil quiet. but if there is no difference for GPUs then i ll just go for the h55.

Any 120mm AiO Cooler will be plenty.

You could also go with the Hybrid kit from EVGA, but the stocks are very limited and you need to be lucky to be able to grab one. That's what i took for my Titan X and i'm very impressed with it.

Some people don't wanna wait around forever on EVGA to supply stock. Just wish there were more options. :(

GPU cooling is underappreciated by vendors.

If it is available by the end of next month then that's a viable option. but I do not want to wait until September. My GPUs are driving me crazy every day.
