Snapchat Problem?

Im new to Snapchat so go easy on me. I sent a couple of snaps to a friend. It's says delivered but not recived it's been like that for 13 hours?

What does this mean?

Maybe they didnt look at them

There's a message which says "the snaps you submitted are sent to null". This is very confusing.

There's a message which says "the snaps you submitted are sent to null". This is very confusing.

 

hmm odd, maybe you can upload a screenshot to show us (feel free to blank out peoples username)
