svchost.exe Steals All CPU Power

I've noticed something weird about my pc. Im currently using Windows 10 TP, and it's working just fine for my but the only thing that bugs me is once and a while, some strange process shows up as svchost.exe and it uses more than 80% of my CPU. I am able to end the task, but 4-5 hours later it boots back up again. At first I was ok with just ending the task, but now it's just annoying. Got any solutions?

I've had this happen a couple times in 8.1....

 

Turn off windows update and wait a little bit.... see if that helps.

You seriously terminated svchost.exe? I believe that is very crucial to the system cause it contains shared DLLs, correct me if I'm wrong.

 

Have you tried restarting? lel

do a full virus scan. I had same problem and apparently was a trojan
