How to change directories in Windows Powershell?

cd C:\Path\to\whatever

I've been looking for some videos on that for about 5 minutes... Can't seem to find anything.

Can anyone walk me through changing a directory? It's for "Learn Python the Hard Way"

One easy shortcut in powershell is to type cd, then drag the folder from the file explorer into the powershell window.  Then you don't have to worry about making a mistake typing out the file path.
