Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 .... HELP!

Hello guys, so when I go to the control panel to uninstall a program I see that I have about 20 items or programs called Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 and I dont know if I should uninstall all of them or some of them or maybe just leave it as it is... Here is a picture...

Don't install them, different programs use different versions of C++ and will need it to run.  If you uninstall it then the program will either not run or will download it again.

Don't install them, different programs use different versions of C++ and will need it to run.  If you uninstall it then the program will either not run or will download it again.
