Amazon fire Phone

So i was looking around on amazon at the fire tv and i looked at amazons other devices and saw that amazon fire phone is being sold at $179.

 

So that is $179 for a phone with a 4.7" 720p screen

snapdragon 800 with 2gb of ram

1 YEAR of prime (that right there is worth more than half the phone)

a shitty fire os software

 

now compare that to the moto g and the moto g, and most everything else seem to just no match up in terms of value.

 

So what i am wondering, is there a way to fix the software on the fire phone and actually make it usable, because if so you are really paying $70 for the phone and $100 for a year of prime, a dam good deal imho.

I'd personally go for the OnePlus one, zenphone 2 or moto g unless you really need the amazon prime.

i know that, im not buying it at all, im just pointing out that if we were able to fix the software of this phone, via flashing and rooting and custom skins then this phone would be a hell of a value with better specs and more features than a moto g at the same price

Plus the specs aren't really that great, the 800 is aging.

Eh the 800 is still much better than the 410. Though to be fair the 410 works fine for the most part (not great) 

Though the Amazon Fire Phone is sort of stupid imo. Though I'm looking forward to the update of the Moto X.
