cx500 has 38 amps on the 12 volt rail and the GTX 760 requires only 30 amps so you are good in that department. Now I dont know if the cx500 supports the low power states of haswell. I am running a cx500 and I know I have enough overhead for a GTX 760. I am running a FX-4100 though so do a bit more research and also look on the manufactures website. hope this helped...
