I already have a HDD, a PSU, two Fans and an OS from my old computer. I also don't need any peripherals.

I am pretty much set on the CPU because of my budget. In the future i will upgrade my CPU and cooler.
My mobo is the cheapest one with Z97 chipset.

Budget & Location

I live in Europe and my budget is 500 Euros.(mobo, case, CPU, GPU, RAM)

My budget will be limited to 550 Euros and i can't go higher.

Aim
Web browsing and gaming. I usually play Dota 2 and CS GO but i play more demanding games as well.

I don't need to play all the games at ultra settings all the time but it would be nice to play 90% of them.

I know the CPU limitations and probably my gaming experience won't be affected by it but i am open to any recommendation.

I won't be editing or rendering videos.

Monitor
1 monitor with 1080p resolution. Can i upgrade my monitor with a higher resolution one with this card? Not 4K but maybe 2560x1440 ???

It would be nice to have it but it isn't essential.

Just a few little changes, this mobo seems to be cheaper and on the same chipset, 1 stick of 8GB so you can upgrade to 16 in the future, also allowed you to fit a 3GB R9 280 into budget.

Why not get an SG13 case and use the money saved to get something like an i3?

Or better graphics card.

Austria.

Small form factor is important for me.

I would like to change my CPU and CPU cooler but i will be able to do it in a year i guess.

I will warn you that the Pentium will strugle on new games and when I mean strugle, I am saying it will be unplayable because framerates will drop to below 10fps in the worst cases.

In Austria MSI is cheaper :) Is there any other reason to choose the ASRock?

Literally the only thing I saw was a cheaper price, go for the MSI if that is cheaper for you!

I would recommend getting 1 stick of 8GB ram though no matter what you go for.

OP has already stated in the original post that he will be upgrading the CPU in the future :P

I am just warning him that it will be a bad gaming experience when playing new titles until he upgrades.

SG13 is not a good looking case in my opinion. I was thinking about SG13 but the design of the 250d is so much better. It has better quality components and more room for cable management. I want to get in to overclocking with this little Pentium (obviously with better CPU cooling).

If you went micro atx it can still be small, and have much better upgrading possibilities.

I made some research on GPU and 270x is the real sweet spot for me. Will 1080p gaming be an issue?

Is higher resolution really unachievable with this GPU? I don't want ultra settings. Relatively high settings with a wide screen monitor.

Go for a 280x. The cost difference isn't that high, and it gets considerably better performance

.

Remember, don't look only at maximums when checking out cards. Minimums are just as, if not more important.

Thanks. The cost difference is not that low in Europe. I will probably buy all the parts except the GPU.

What is your opinion on the new 300 series cards? Should i look into it or 200 series is all i need?

Do i have a comparable option on Nvidia side?

No idea until reviews are out. They'll likely be more than you need.

Not for price to performance.
